2. General information on data processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide this website and handle your enquiries. This website uses no tracking cookies, no third-party analytics services and no advertising networks. All fonts are hosted locally — no connections to Google or other third-party servers are established when you visit. Hosting is provided in Germany by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany), with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. Server log files

When you visit this website, the server automatically processes connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, user agent). Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure provision of the website). Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.

4. Contact form

If you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address and optional details such as company, phone number, current cloud provider, budget range and your message) exclusively to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is transmitted to us by email and deleted once it is no longer required, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Checklist download

To provide our cloud exit checklist, we collect your name, email address and optionally your company. We use these details to provide the download and to follow up with you once, personally. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (an informal email suffices). You will not be added to any newsletter list.

6. Web analytics (Matomo, self-hosted)

We use the open-source analytics software Matomo, operated on our own server. Matomo is configured without cookies and does not store any information on your device; your browser's "Do Not Track" setting is respected, and IP addresses are processed in shortened (anonymised) form. No data is transferred to third parties or third countries. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reach measurement and improvement of our website). Since no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent pursuant to Section 25 TDDDG is required. If you nevertheless wish to be excluded from analytics, enable "Do Not Track" in your browser.

7. Your rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
